It is founded by Rotary Club of Voi in Cooperation with The Tubules Foundation and Mwanyambo Primary School. It's not open yet since they don't have enough books, they just have a few old books donated to them by Mwanyambo Primary School. They have a donor who has promised 6 computers by July 2023 They say if they got books they can even open it by tomorrow. They have chairs, desks, book shelves. It's inside Mwanyambo Primary School but it's also open to the public.
