This library is located in Kabarnet Town adjacent to Governor's Office. The library is open to the public with a 50/- access fee. The collection is based on agriculture, research, course books, newspapers, eco-farming books revision books, story books, and novels. The library has computers with internet. The library can take 35 patrons. The library has braille books and JAWS with PWD access. The library has a big compound and has various programs like the garden which trains on eco-farming and kitchen gardening with practical lessons. The library has indigenous and exotic trees. This library shares a compound with the National Museums of Kenya and serves county officials.
