The library is located in Busia Kisumu road next to Breeze hotel and Kenya power offices.

The library was founded in 2018 by Maren Muga, the custodian.

The library is open from 7:30am - 7pm on weekdays.

The library offers e-learning and only focuses on this resource for their collection with 12 working computers. The library has limited space.
