This library is located in Toloso Area, Kibuchai Sub-county.

This library was opened as a family library to give back to the community and raise local education standards.

The library opens from 8 am - 4 pm Monday to Saturday and from 10 am - 4 pm on Sunday. 

The collection has story books, newspapers, novels, and revision books for students.

There are no accessible books or ramps. The library gets books from local donors and Kibabii University.

There is no internet access or computers and the library can serve 30 users.
