This library is located in Chavakali Town, at Kituli Shopping Centre off Mudete Rd.

The library is open from 9 am - 5 pm on weekdays to the public for free. 

The library has an adult education program at the library which caters to its largest user base.

The library has a few books composed of secondary revision, fiction, and story books. This collection is built up mostly from donations by well-wishers and prior student users. This library can accommodate 30 people in the adult section and 20 people in the children's section.

The library has no PWD collection or ramp.

There is no computers or internet access in this library.
