Its located in Embu Town along Embu- Meru Highway next to PCs Offices. Its a large library that can take 280 patrons.

The library is open from 9am to 6pm but has no books.

This facility is a stalled work in progress. The facilities are there like a building with a wide library area with no books, several rooms rooms and an ICT rooms with computers.
