This library is located in Kangema near the DC/DO Office. It opens from 8 am-6:30 pm on weekdays and 8:30 am - 5 pm on Saturdays. As a KNLS library, it is open to the public for KES 20/-.

The collection has academic books, discourse books, bibliographies, and law books. This library has two floors with junior and adult sections and can fit 200 people. This library is not accessible for PWD users but has braille books. They have Ajira, computer skills training, and school library outreach programs.

The shelves are not enough and have weeded their collection. They are deficit in Swahili books. They have computers with internet access. Besides this, their junior section is full of activities with a timetable of knitting, and composition among other activities to engage the children. They also have OPAC and a virtual library and access to the Uvumbuzi e-library.
