This library is located in Kapsowar town next to Kapsowar Mission Hospital.

This library can take 40 users. This library is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday.

The collection is composed of medical books,research works,fictions,magazines,newspapers,audio visual books.
