This library is located outside Kitale Town, along Kitale-Kipsongok Rd.

The library is open from 8am - 10pm on weekdays to the public at KES 50/- a day.

The collection is based on school course books, business, welding books, newsapers and novels.

They have computers with internet access but no PWD collection.

This is a huge library that can take 800 patrons with PWD access.

The library has more space outside to more study villas and a resource centre designated for research and board room.
