This library is located at Kibabii Town, Kibabii Sub-county opposite Kibabii Catholic Church.

The library opens from 9 am -10 pm on weekdays from 9 am - 5 pm on Saturdays and from 2 pm - 5 pm on Sundays.

The library collection has biographies, references, fiction books, e-readers, journals, and newspapers.

There is a ramp present and an accessible collection with JAWS on their computers which have internet access.

This library purchases its own books and gets book donations. The collection focuses on course books.

This library is open to the public for free but the public is not allowed to borrow books. This is a big library that can take 3000 users.
