Is located at Nyeri Town opposite ABSA bank. Is a large library that can host 250 patrons.

The library is open from 8 am - 6:30 pm and from 8 am - 5 pm on Saturday. The collection is composed of journals, school books, newspapers, and novels. They have braille books with a PWD access ramp. The library is full on the holidays and the library uses the nearby hall to accommodate more patrons.
