This library is located in Meru Town near Meru County Government offices. It can accomodate 200 patrons.

The library is open from 8am - 6:30pm on weekdays and from 8:30am - 5pm on Saturday. Access is with KES 20/-.

The library has research, curriculm, fiction, KASNEB books,novels and story books. They also have a newspapers collection with WiFi access together with 15 computers and digital collection. The library also has a cyber cafe and PWD access.
