This library is located in Habaswein Town, opposite CDF in Habaswein Sub-county in Wajir County.

The library is open from 8am -6pm on weekdays and from 8am-5:30pm on weekends.

The library is open to the public and with 20/- access fee. The collection is based on revision books, story books, novels, newspapers. The library has computers with working internet connection and it can take 60 patrons. The library has PWD access with a mobile library program to circulate books.
