Located in Chinga, outside Othaya Town next to Chinga Police Station in Gichiche Centre. This is a big library that can hold 250 people.

The library is open from 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays and 8:30 am - 5 pm on Saturdays.

This library is equipped with laptops for the blind with JAWS App. The library is open to the public with a 20/- KES charge. They have reading materials like children's books, curriculums, and research books. They have newspapers with 10 computers with internet access. The library has good PWD access and a junior section.
