This library is located in Kitale Town, opposite Kitale Law Courts.

This is more a space with library services that is open to the members of public to read.

The library is open from 8am - 5pm on weekdays.

There are no books, computers, internet or a PWD collection.

The library can take 30 patrons but has no PWD access.
