This library is located within Kaaga School for Hearing Impaired. The library is open seasonaly only when schools are closed. This library was established in memory of Kanana family who donated the library. The library is ran by a teacher with no permamnent librarian, thus is not fully open to the public due to its understaffed state.

The library can accomodate 150 users with a collection composed of course books, research books, novels. The library's primary clientelle is the hearing impaired patrons both for the primary and TVET school. WiFi and computers are not available.
