This library is located at Holy Family Basilica in Kanamkemer, Lodwar Town.

The library is open to the public for free usually on demand based on school schedule from 8-5pm on Monday to Friday.

The library has a collection based on KLB literature books, ECD books and novels.

Its a big library hall with multi-purpose use that can hold 80 patrons.
