This library is located in Marsabit Town, behind Marsabit Police Station. The library is open from 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays and 8 am - 5 pm on Saturdays.

This library is open to the public for free and has a collection based on accounting, women empowerment, revision books, story books, novels, and newspapers. The library has no computers or internet access. This library can take 10 patrons and have PWD access.
