This is a community library based in Gacharage-ini Town near Muthangari Catholic Church in Mathioya Sub-County within Muthangari Catholic Church. The books are sourced through donations through owner input. It was opened in 2010 to the public for free.

The library is open from 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays and 8 am - 2 pm on weekends. This library can fit 150 people. The collection is based on novels and foreign books from their donors. This library has a limited African collection but no braille collection but they have one wheelchair and clutches. They have 8 computers and tablets but no working internet. They also have a mobile library program.
