This library is located in Eldama Ravine Town, opposite KPLC.

The library is open from 8am - 5pm on weekdays and 8am -1pm on Saturday.

This library mainly serves the local schools with a timetable for library access and lessons.

This library is divided into children's, teens and adult sections.

Access to public is with a KES 20/- access fee.

The library's collection is based on course books,revision books, story books, novels and newspapers.

They have computers with internet access and JAWS alongside a braille book collection.

They also have ramp access for PWD access and can take 500 patrons.
