This is an institute library located at Nyeri-Mwiga Highway. This institutional library has no access to the public. This is a big library that accommodates approx 400 patrons.

Open from 7:30 am - 8 pm on weekdays and 8 am - 6 pm on Saturdays.

The library's collection is based on curriculum books, research books, and newspapers. They have computers with internet access. The library is accessible to PWD users.
