It is located in Kiritiri town in Mbeere North Sub-county Embu County next to the CDF Offices.

The library can hold 400 users and is open from 8:30am to 6pm.

Its collection is mostly composed of e-resources. This is a new project which looks classic but has not been furnished with Library facilities and resources because it's work in progress. The Library room is empty. However the ajira Digital programme is in progress giving youths access to e-resources as well as trainings on remote working.
