Located at Chavakali Town off Mudete Rd. Open from 8-5pm on Monday to Saturday. Open to the public for free but has no borrowing. Collection based on revision books, biographies and novels. No PWD collection or ramp. Have 2 sections and can hold 30 patrons. Have no computers or internet. Founder is based in the USA to give back to the community. Have story-telling competitions with trophies and book donations to the nearby schools.
