This library is located at Catholic Diocese of Lodwar Compound in Lodwar Town.

Its open to the public for free usually on the demand based on school schedule.

The library offers training space for ICT and they have collection based on KLB literature books, ECD books and novels.

The library is open from 8am - 5pm on Monday to Friday and its a small library that can hold 20 patrons with computers and WiFi access but no PWD collection and no PWD accessible ramp.
